Sheds of Australia – Great Shed/Carport Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Sheds of Australia, hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter.”

2. Competition Overview

This promotion is a giveaway where 9 lucky customers have the chance to win back the kit value of their shed or carport. The giveaway applies to purchases made in participating regions listed below.

3. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to all legal residents of Queensland, Australia, aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Sheds of Australia, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • The promotion is only valid for customers in the following regions: Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone-Maryborough, Hervey Bay, Gympie, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and Gold Coast.

4. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, customers must purchase a shed or carport from Sheds of Australia during the promotional period.
  • The maximum dimensions for eligible sheds and carports are as follows:
    • Sheds: Maximum size of 20 x 10 x 4H meters
    • Carports: Maximum size of 9 x 9 x 4H meters
  • For every eligible purchase, customers will automatically be entered into the giveaway.
  • Limit of one entry per purchase.

5. Prize

  • The prize for each winner is the kit value of the purchased shed or carport.
  • A total of 9 winners will be selected—1 winner from each participating region.
  • Each winner will receive a refund of the kit value for their purchased shed or carport, not exceeding the maximum dimensions outlined above.

6. Draw and Winner Selection

  • The draw will take place after every 40th sale of the participating products of each region at the Promoter’s headquarters.
  • Winners will be selected at random from eligible entrants in each region.
  • Each region offers a 1 in 40 chance of winning, based on the total number of eligible entries per region.
  • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.

7. Prize Delivery

  • Winners will receive their prize in the form of a refund for the kit value of their purchased shed or carport.
  • The refund will be processed within 30 days of winner notification.
  • No cash alternatives will be offered.

8. General Terms

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

9. Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

10. Privacy

  • Personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.
